Our “Virtualting” model is a collaborative based job share model, but with a value driven approach. The word "Virtualting’’, being a portmanteau of the words “virtual" and “ting”, a neologism yet to be introduced to the mainstream language. It was developed as one of the concept innovation of ASIN5 Lab, a startup studio and service Incubation Company based in Abuja, Nigeria.
Virtualting is a model of work that allows talents to work for more than one company (but maximum of four) at same time while the companies split the salary equally or based on the hours taken. This model was developed to help companies hire non-critical roles and complete their team within their budget.
Virtualting is different from freelancing, as Frontlet Virtualting will manage the employee with the employer and vice-versa, also employees will tend to work with defined contracts of employment with the different employees on a Full Time Employment (FTE).
Virtualting is more remote working, but also in-office working model based on the terms of negotiation with your employer, however, employers opting for an in-office work must take up at least 2 slots (4hrs/day) of time.
The average work hour for a full days work is 8hrs. Based on the model that allows you work for 4 companies at a time, hence, each slot is slated as 2hrs.
You will have to agree with your employer the time you will be available for their task daily and stick to it, as you will be working with other members of the company. You are a full immersive team member and not a freelancer; hence you cannot work at anytime you choose.
Frontlett will be your host employer, though you will not be required to perform any task or get any payment from Frontlett. All four companies if you onboard them will pay you through the Frontlett platform as this is a pre-paid service for employers.
Yes, and you will also get employment contracts from each of them.

Yes as a moonlighter, but you will only be able to take on 1 slot during evenings (after work period).
We expect you to convince your freelancing client to come on Frontlett platform as this also gives you a more regular and guaranteed income. However, if you choose to keep freelancing while with Frontlett, we will expect you to take on a maximum of 2 slots so you have time to deliver for your Frontlett employers and your freelance clients.
Getting on board are in two phases; either as an employer or a potential employee, subject to approval after signing-up and meeting up with the basic requirements for approval on the platform.
No Frontlett is not like other job share platforms, and for clarification, Frontlett is not a job share platform but a staff share platform. Frontlet allows you have fulltime engagement with multiple companies while enjoying all other benefits and more of a regular job model including insurance, pension, housing benefits, annual leave, extended leaves, etc
Yes you can, in the view that you have multiple skills and can be broken down to accommodate the work time module.
Not necessarily, as we cannot guarantee how long all companies interested in your skill will finalize negotiation with you and we cannot keep others waiting. Hence, you will onboard each company as they conclude with you.

This is to determine that you really possess the skill that has been claimed to possess and to see the employee-employer compatibility fit. It is designed that a week is enough to determine if an employee will be compatible with the employer and vice versa. If the employer is ok working with you, the 1 week will be prorated to your work time and will count towards your pay.
The 3 month’s probation period is to determine the status of your employment with your employer, if an employee or an employer is found to be a misfit in the first 3 months of work, the arrangement may be terminated or extended based on the employers wish. However, the employee still gets to be paid for the duration of work and time dispensed.
Yes, we encourage you to refer other skilled people you know as this will help us build a network effect. The more skilled people we get the more the platform gets better and the more great companies join and pay range increase.
Frontlett recognizes and rewards good works, if you refer good and compatible talents, you get rewarded for it. We have a referral reward program that gives you 5% of all your referees’ salary for 6 months (that’s 30% of their monthly pay).
Frontlett is your host employer and the other four companies are your secondary employers.
Monthly salary is paid on the 25th of the month, bi-monthly is paid on the 15th of the month and weekly pay is made every Thursday.
Frontlett transfers the salary payment that has been deposited with us by your employer to your virtual wallet at the specific time your pay is due.
Whenever anyone on the Frontlett platform feels his or her right is being violated, kindly reach out to the enquiry section on the platform and it would be treated with urgency.
Whenever there is an HR or Employee/Employer related issues, kindly relate directly to your HR Account Officer or to the Human Resource Enquiry on the Platform.
Virtualtlancer jobs are tasks that employers on the platform do not want to hire for as they might be a one-off task and can be placed on the platform for skilled individuals to handle.
Registered pro members and talent that have been engaged by at least one company can take on that task. The tasks also will not be available to any talent with filled slots (4 slots).

Salary is pre-paid as a form of security, to manage or serve as a guarantee for any unforeseen circumstances that can spring up. We also require an additional deposit to serve as Severance package incase if early termination of an employee without cause or with a just cause that is not resulting from mis-conduct of the employee.
The 1 week compatibility period is designed to address this gap. In 1 week of work an employer should be able to determine if the business is satisfied with the employee.
You and Frontlett will begin a search for a replacement immediately that opening is available.
